Wide Open Writing Welcomes Dana Yeaton

Want to sharpen your dialogue and tension-building skills? Or try your hand at writing for a live audience? How about a little experiment with ghostwriting?

That’s the game plan for “Make a Scene!” -- our April 3rd First Sunday session with playwright-lyricist Dana Yeaton.

Dana is the winner of the New Voice in American Theatre Award from the William Inge Festival and the Heideman Award from the Actor’s Theatre of Louisville. His musical Swing State was a featured presentation at the New York Musical Theatre Festival.

Last summer, Dana joined Buddy Wakefield and Hughes Kraft at Whitehead Light Station to co-lead our inaugural men’s retreat. (This year’s dates: August 14-19.)
